President

Donna Raine

Donna has over 25 years in financial and operational leadership for middle-market companies across multiple industries. Most recently, Donna led the successful turnaround and sale of Allegiance Crane & Equipment as Interim Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Donna is a licensed CPA and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Director, Quality & Metallurgy

Rich Polinski

Rich has over 23 years of industry expertise and an extensive background in operations and quality management. He oversees the company’s quality and blending system to fulfill unique customer specification requirements. Rich is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Bachelors in Material Science & Engineering, University of Pittsburgh; MBA, University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business.

Chief Chemist, Falconer, NY

Jeff Ohman

Jeff has over thirty years of industry expertise, with 18 years of lab management in alloy recycling. Jeff brings extensive expertise in XRF, GFAAS and ICP-OES spectroscopes, N/O by inert gas fusion, C/S by combustion, and classical wet methods. He is also a certified radiation safety officer and an ISO9001 auditor. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science, Chemistry from State University of New York.

National Director of Sales

Bob Young

Bob has over thirty years of successful operations management in diverse technical disciplines, including metals industry revert. He has operational expertise in the processing of superalloy solids, titanium turnings and solids, and Ni cast products. He brings extensive experience in building relationships within and exterior to organizations with the ability to fully understand the end-customers’ expectations and successfully transferring that understanding to the operational side of the business ensuring customer satisfaction. Bob is Six Sigma and Lean Certified and graduated from NC State University in multi-engineering disciplines.

Bob Black

With over 34 years of expertise, Bob is responsible for operations and titanium alloys production. Previously, he was Operations Manager of another facility and responsible for production management of all departments, including superalloy and stainless-steel solids & turnings and titanium solids. Bob holds certification as Internal Quality ISO9001 Auditor.

Chuck Griffin

Chuck has over 18 years of industry expertise in revert management and leads Keywell’s high temperature alloys operations. His extensive background includes specializing in nickel castings, solids and turnings. Chuck is highly skilled in implementing lean practices and process improvement techniques for continuous improvement.

GM - Monroe, NC

Rick Belk

Rick has over 16 years of industry expertise and is responsible for the successful operation and production of the company’s toll-based titanium alloys business. Previously, Rick worked for a major competitor as well as a key customer, specializing in titanium. Rick successfully was promoted through all key operating positions and brings significant depth and expertise to the Keywell team.

Frank LoChiatto

Frank has over thirty-five years of industry expertise in stainless steel and high nickel alloy recycling and is responsible for operations and production of all Stainless Steel solid and turnings. Additionally, Frank brings extensive expertise in the blend master product management systems. Frank studied Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University.

Barry Griffin

Barry has 40 years of experience in the metals industry. His comprehensive background includes all facets of metal production to include operations, quality control, material planning, and purchasing. He has successfully led teams in revert management processing and distribution fulfillment center operations. Barry utilizes his extensive experience to understand and meet customer requirements while further developing vendor relationships that maximize supply chain value.

Mitchell Cha

Over the last decade, Mitchell’s experience in the metals industry has encompassed a diverse background in commercial sales, operations, and continuous improvement. With a focus on customer requirements, his concentration is in the procurement and sales of nickel superalloys and titanium revert for aerospace and defense applications. Mitchell earned a B.S. in Technical Management from DeVry University.

Inventory & Logistics Manager

Carey Murphy

In addition to Carey’s extensive background in inventory control and logistics management, she has over seven years of metals industry expertise. As Keywell’s Inventory & Logistics Manager, not only does Carey work closely with the management of all Keywell facilities, she also provides impeccable service to our key customers. Her cross-functional experience in accounting and operations provides a solid background for support across all areas of the business.

Nicole Payne

Nicole has over seven years of operational excellence with Keywell. In addition to her significant contribution to the startup of our Matthews facility, Nicole is key in maintaining great working relationships with our international suppliers and customers. Her background spans inventory, shipping, receiving, import, exports as well as other administrative functions. She is known as a “go-to” team member, when questions arise.

Headquartered in Matthews, NC, Keywell Metals is world class, specializing in the recycling of complex Ni and Co based Superalloys, Titanium revert and Stainless Steel materials. Materials processed by Keywell are widely used in the Aerospace, Industrial, Automotive, Medical and Consumer industries. Based in the United States, our state-of-the-art specialized processing facilities enable us to provide a variety of recycling services to our customers.
